Metal Fabrication

Woodstock Boatbuilders have a wealth of experience when it comes to metal fabrication and
machining. Our modern fabrication shop situated at the Dockyard Drive facility, in English Harbour,
Antigua is fully equipped for MIG, TIG, Stick, and oxyacetylene welding. Woodstock Boatbuilders
also offer "Invertec" onboard TIG welding; tube bending, plasma cutting and hand or electro polishing
to a mirror finish. Our well-tooled shop includes lathes and mills for cutting keyways; threads - left or
right - metric or imperial; machining metals and plastics.

Woodstock’s extensive inventory is stocked with a wide variety of materials: plates, sheet, pipes,
rods, angles, polished tube and other extrusions thus enabling a fast turnaround. We are well versed
in the selection and use of all marine grade materials including alloys, stainless steel, cupronickel,
bronze, copper, Delrin and nylon.

Woodstock Boatbuilders have an in-house staff of expert craftsmen well-suited for all your yacht’s
metal and plastic fabrication projects. We have fabricated stem head fittings, Bimini frames, stanchions
and cleats. Our metal workshop is supported by the other facets of our dynamic service which enables
us to complete your projects from design to fabrication and installation. Woodstock Boatbuilders, our
expert craftsmen and notably our experienced Project Managers run all types of projects, every step
of the way, which for the boat owner or captain means peace of mind knowing quality is assured and
that time and costs are strictly controlled.
